Job Description
Preparation of financial close and handle general accounting activities inclusive of General Ledger journal entries & reconciliations, Account Payables, Account Receivables and Bank Book.
ii) Able to handle full set accounts
iii) Prepare inter companies' billings to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of billing.
iv) Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
v) Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
vi) Assist in project related review/budgeting/accounting and revenue recognition, extract annual cost incurred to-date, monitor profitability, i.e. highlight if project become loss making.
vii) Assist in cash flow and working capital requirement, ensure sufficient cash available for monthly pay run and plan operation cost.
viii) Assist in handling/responding to queries on direct tax matters i.e. annual corporate tax return, self-assessment payment, quarterly/half yearly annual tax returns.

Requirement
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Professional Qualification in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
Age: 25-40 years old
Preferred Language: Proficient in English. Being able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage

Job Description
Accounts Receivable:
i) Assist in the preparation and issuance of customer invoices and statements.
ii) Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
iii) Process incoming payments, including checks, credit card payments, and electronic transfers.
iv) Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
Accounts Payable:
i) Support the accounts payable process by reviewing and coding vendor invoices.
ii) Process vendor payments accurately and ensure timely disbursement.
iii) Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries regarding payment status.
iv) Assist in reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
General Accounting Support:
i) Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
ii) Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and analyses as needed.
iii) Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
iv) Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information and support cross-functional initiatives.
Financial Reporting:
i) Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
ii) Compile and organize financial data for analysis and presentation to management.
iii) Contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
iv) Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements
